摘　　要：子宫颈癌严重威胁女性健康，其早期诊断及常规治疗能明显提高患者生存率。微小RNA（mi-croRNA）是一类短的调节RNA．可在转录后对转录水平和蛋白水平进行调控。很多microRNA参与调控子宫颈癌的发生、增殖凋亡、侵袭转移等多种生物学过程，并且与宫颈癌的治疗、预后和易感性密切相关。了解microRNA在子宫颈癌发病中的作用，对宫颈癌的诊断和治疗具有极大的临床价值。Cervical cancer represents a serious threat to women＇ s health. Early diagnosis and routine treatment can significantly improve the survival rate of patients. MicroRNA is a short regula- tory RNA at both transcriptional and protein levels after transcription. Many microRNAs are involved in the regulation of the development, proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer, and are closely related to the response to cancer treatment, prognosis and susceptibility of cervical cancer. Understanding the role of MicroRNA in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
