摘 要:将纳米Cu负载至介孔二氧化硅(mSiO_2)表面制得mSiO_2-Cu抗菌材料,利用相转化法制备出聚醚砜(PES)/mSiO_2-Cu抗污染复合膜,研究了mSiO_2-Cu含量对PES超滤膜结构、抗污染及分离性能的影响。结果表明,当mSiO_2-Cu质量分数为2%时,PES/mSiO_2-Cu复合膜的纯水通量可达185L/(m2·h),是PES基膜的1.9倍,该复合膜对蛋白具有良好的抗污染性能。将PES/mSiO_2-Cu复合膜应用于河水处理,结果表明PES/mSiO_2-Cu复合膜具有良好的总有机碳去除率和稳定性。Antifouling performance is one of the most important issues in polymer membrane surface engineering,fabrication of anti-fouling membrane for the development of membrane separation technology is of great important.The copper nanoparticles were immobilized on the mesoporous silica surface to prepare mSiO2-Cu nanocomposites and the polyethersulfone nanocomposite membrane was fabricated by incorporating the mSiO2-Cu nanoparticles.The influence of particles on the membrane structure,antifouling and separation performances were evaluated.The results indicated that the pure water flux of membrane with 2% of mSiO2-Cu can reach 185 L/(m2·h),which was 1.9 times that of PES basement membrane.The composite membrane had good antifouling property to the protein.When applied to the actual river water treatment,the results showed that PES/mSiO2-Cu membrane had good TOC removal rate and stability.
