信任水平、互惠性偏好与PPP项目绩效协同关系研究

摘　　要：信任是PPP项目中政府和私人部门合作共赢的重要基础,信任水平的高低对PPP项目绩效的影响长效深远;互惠性偏好作为公私合作关系中实现利益最大化的重要途径,直接影响PPP项目绩效水平。通过对信任水平、互惠性偏好和PPP项目绩效的维度划分,并在PPP项目绩效中引入物有所值的思想,利用结构方程模型和AMOS统计软件,研究信任水平、互惠性偏好与PPP项目绩效的协同关系。结果表明:信任水平对PPP项目绩效起正向促进作用,互惠性偏好对PPP项目绩效起正向促进作用。同时,互惠性偏好作为中介变量,在信任水平与PPP项目绩效间有中介效应。Trust was an important foundation for win-win cooperation between government and private sector in PPP mode,and the influence of trust level on the performance of PPP projects was far-reaching. Reciprocity preference as an important way to maximize profit in the public-private partnership directly affected the performance of the PPP projects. This paper through the method of dividing the dimension about level of trust,reciprocity preferences and performance of the PPP project,introducing the idea of value for money into the performance of PPP projects,using structural equation model and AMOS statistics software researched the relation about trust level,reciprocal preference and the performance of the PPP projects. It found that： The trust level for the performance of PPP projects had a positive promoting performance,reciprocal preference for the performance of PPP projects had positive role in promoting. At the same time,the reciprocal preference as an intervening variable had a mediation effect between the trust level and the performance of PPP projects.
