摘 要:滨海地区是滨海旅游城市的核心区域,滨海地区交通整治的关键是滨海路。滨海地区交通整治工作不能仅仅考虑单一的滨海路,应将滨海路及腹地区域统筹考虑,从系统优化滨海地区整体交通网络入手,同时应该突破道路红线的约束,从“完整街道”的视角,系统协调滨海路的交通、景观、用地等要素,并开展精细化的交通设计,以确保滨海地区交通服务能力和城市品质的全面提升。Coastal districts are extremely valuable for a tourist city, and the traffic improvement of coastal streets is key for the development of coastal districts. From the perspective of the systematic optimization of the entire road network, this paper points out that the traffic improvement of coastal districts should focus on both coastal streets and the backland of them. At the same time, attention should be paid to the areas beyond the boundary lines of roads. From the point of view of complete streets, the paper suggests systematically integrating traffic, landscape, land use, and so on of the coastal streets, and carries out detailed traffic design, to ensure the overall improvement of transport service and urban quality in the coastal districts.
