参一胶囊对晚期非小细胞肺癌临床化疗效果及免疫功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合疗法对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效,分析参一胶囊对晚期NSCLC临床化疗效果和免疫功能的影响。方法:结合患者意愿,将我院收治的102例晚期NSCLC患者分为两组。其中,观察组57例,使用GP方案联合参一胶囊进行治疗,对照组45例,仅使用GP方案治疗。观察并记录两组患者的近期临床疗效,化疗前后的生活质量(KPS)评分,免疫功能指标和体重变化,不良反应发生情况,以及患者的总生存期和疾病无进展生存期数据,然后进行统计分析。结果:观察组近期临床疗效优于对照组,但两组相比不存在显著统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者化疗后KPS评分显著高于对照组,相比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者化疗后体重变化情况明显优于对照组,相比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率相比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者总生存期和疾病无进展生存期相比也具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者免疫功能指标均呈现显著下降,但对照组患者免疫功能下降更显著,相比具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参一胶囊对缓解GP方案的毒副作用,增强临床疗效,提升患者免疫力,降低消化道反应和骨髓抑制等不良反应的发生率,对提高晚期NSCLC患者的生活质量有积极意义。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional and western medicine therapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）,and to analyze the clinical effect of chemotherapy and immunologic function on advanced NSCLC with Shenyi capsule. Methods：Combined with the wishes of patients,102 cases of advanced NSCLC patients in our hospital were divided into two groups. 57 cases in the observation group were treated with GP combined with Shenyi capsule,and the control group（n= 45） was treated with GP only. To observe and record the indexes of the two groups＇ patients that include short-term clinical efficacy,quality of life（ KPS） scores,immune function index and body weight changed before and after chemotherapy,adverse reactions,overall survival and progression free survival data. Then,these data were analyzed statistically. Results：The observation group＇s shortterm clinical curative effect was better than that of control group＇s,but not statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.The observation group＇s KPS scores of patients were significantly higher than those in control group after chemotherapy,there was significant difference between them（ P0. 001）. The patients in the observation group after chemotherapy group was significantly better than that of the control body weight changes,there was significant difference between of them（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The overall survival and progression free survival were also significantly different between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,two groups of patients with immune function indicators were significantly decreased,but the control group of patients with immune function decreased more significantly,compared with significant statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion：Shenyi capsule could have positive significance to alleviate the toxic and side effects of GP,enhance the clinical efficacy and pa
