摘　　要：CD163是清道夫受体超家族重要成员,主要表达于单核细胞和巨噬细胞表面,被认为是一种高特异性的M2型肿瘤相关巨噬细胞标志物。CD163既可作为免疫调节剂抵抗炎症,又作为肿瘤相关巨噬细胞家族成员对肿瘤的增殖、转移等产生重要影响。CD163分子在恶性肿瘤中的表达日益受到关注,已有研究表明CD163与乳腺癌、膀胱癌、肺癌及结直肠癌等恶性肿瘤密切相关。本文对CD163的结构功能及在多种肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。CD163 is an important member of the scavenger receptor superfamily and mainly expressed on the surface of monocytes and macrophages. It is regarded as a highly specific type marker of M2 tumor-associated macrophage. CD163 not only act as an immunomodulator against inflammation,but also play an important role as a tumor-associated macrophage family member on tumor proliferation and metastasis. The expression of CD163 in malignant tumors has drawn more and more attention. Some studies have shown that CD163 is closely related to malignant tumors such as breast cancer,bladder cancer,lung cancer and colorectal cancer. In this paper,the structure and function of CD163 and its research progress in many kinds of tumors are reviewed.
