余绍源教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床经验

摘　　要：介绍余绍源教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验。余绍源教授经过多年的探索和总结,认为本病是"虚""瘀""毒"的相互作用所导致,且"虚""瘀""毒"三者间存在彼此顺接传化的发展过程;由虚致瘀,由瘀酿毒,彼此环环相扣。故余老在此病机的基础上,创用萎胃复元汤,针对本病虚之根本,并进一步由虚致瘀,由瘀酿毒的过程进行精妙的加减,临证常取得良好疗效。余教授从虚、瘀、毒三个方向论治慢性萎缩性胃炎,为中医治疗该病提供新思路。This paper introduced the clinical experience of Professor YU Shao-yuan in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. After many years of exploration and conclusion,Prof YU Shao-yuan believed that the disease was caused by the interaction of＂deficiency＂,＂stasis＂and＂toxin＂,and development process of connection and transformation existed in three aspects. Deficiency could causes stasis,and stasis incubated toxin. They interlocked with each other. Therefore,on the basis of this pathogenesis,Prof. YU created and applied Weiwei Fuyuan Decoction,aiming at the root of the diseases,and further modified according to the development process. The clinical practice often achieved good effects. Prof. YU treats chronic atrophic gastritis from deficiency,stasis,and toxin,providing new ideas for TCM treatment of this disease.
