摘 要:目的:比较4种连续冲洗(气)法条件下机用镍钛锉预备根管的效率。方法:建立机用镍钛锉折断的控力预备模型,使用机用Pro Taper Universal(PTU)F1型锉,记录干钻、干气、水气与水流4种不同冲洗(气)条件下每1支F1预备根管数量和预备1个根管的提拉次数。SPSS 21.0统计分析。结果:每1个F1预备根管数(x珋±s)为:干钻组3.80±2.24;干气组3.77±1.73;水气组5.73±3.00;水流组7.71±2.07。1个F1预备1个根管的平均提拉次数(x珋±s)分别为:干钻组22.74±8.23;干气组20.43±3.90;水气组14.83±1.90;水流组14.65±2.56。结论:水流连续冲洗法预备根管数量更多且效率更快。Objective: To compare the effects of air,vapour and water rinse on the working efficiency of rotary nikel tianium instrument for root canal preparation. Methods: Fixed resin module and the preparation of rotary Nickel-Titanium instrument were used in a transparent root canal model with PTU F1 for the canal preparation. The instrumentation was aided with nothing,dry air,vapour and water rinse respectively,the efficiency of the 4 groups were compared by prapared cannal number( PCN) of each F1 till broke and pullpush times( PPT) of F1 for each cannal preparation. SPSS 21. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results: PCN in group dry,dry air,vapour and water rinse was 3. 80 ± 2. 24,3. 77 ± 1. 73,5. 73 ± 3. 00 and 7. 71 ± 2. 07 respectively; PPT was 22. 74 ± 8. 23,20. 43 ±3. 90,14. 83 ± 1. 90 and 14. 65 ± 2. 56 respectively. Conclusion: Continuous water irrigation is more effective than dry,dry air and vapoure in the reinforcement of the instrumentation of PTU F1 for tooth canal preparation.
