摘　　要：目的:探讨Nd∶YAG激光在牙齿楔状缺损修复中的临床疗效。方法:纳入37例患者148颗前磨牙唇颊侧III度楔状缺损纳入研究,随机将同一牙列中的左、右侧同名牙分别纳入实验组及对照组,对照组用粘接剂Xeno III及复合树脂Z350常规粘接充填治疗,实验组在涂布粘接剂后使用Nd∶YAG激光照射牙体粘接面,再光固化粘接剂,树脂充填治疗。18个月后参照改良美国公共卫生署标准评价随访结果,应用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果:18个月时实验组固位率94.1%,对照组固位率80.88%(P<0.05)实验组总成功率94.1%,对照组总成功率77.9%(P<0.05)。结论:在光固化粘接剂之前用Nd∶YAG激光照射粘接界面,能够提高自酸蚀粘接剂光固化复合树脂充填治疗楔状缺损的临床疗效。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of pulse Nd∶YAG laser on the restoration of teeth with wedge-shaped defect.Methods： 148 teeth with wedge-shaped defect were included. Each of the patients had at least 2 premolars with the same name eligible. The 2 premolars in one arch were randomly divided into 2 groups. In control grouop,74 teeth were treated with Xeno III adhesive,light-cured as usual,then the defect was restored with light-cured composite resin Z350. In test group,74 teeth were treated with pulse Nd∶ YAG laser before light-cure of the adhesive,The modified United States Public Health Service（ USPHS） criteria were used to evaluate the treatment effects 18 months after treatment. Results： The incidence rate of retention in test and control group was 94. 1% and80. 88% respectively（ P 〈 0. 05）,the total success rate was 94. 1% and 77. 9% respectively（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of pulse Nd∶ YAG laser before the photocuring of adhesive may improve the prosthesis retention of the teeth with wedge-shaped defect.
