摘 要:目的:探讨构建护理团队支持策略对急诊科护士工作满意度的影响。方法:对北京市某三甲公立医院急诊科护士实施以人文关怀、职业发展、激励考核、搭建平台和评价反馈五位一体的护理团队支持策略,采用护士工作满意度量表分实施前、后两次进行调查,评价其对急诊科护士工作满意度的影响。结果:护理团队支持策略前急诊科护士工作满意度均分为2.80±0.88分,团队支持策略实施后急诊科护士工作满意度均分为3.17±0.65分,并且两次得分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理团队支持策略对于急诊科护士工作满意度具有正向促进作用,通过构建合理有效护理团队支持策略,营造同事间互助互敬的工作氛围,有助于提高急诊科护士的工作满意度。Objectives: To find the effect of nursing team support strategy on job satisfaction in nurses of emergency department. Methods: A five-part nursing team support strategy was carried out for nurses in emergency department of a top tertiary public hospital in Beijing with humanistic care, career development, motivation assessment, platform setting and evaluation feedback. By using the Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale(the Mc Closkey/Muelller Satisfaction Scale,MMSS)before and after the implementation of the survey, we evaluate the impact of nurses job satisfaction in the emergency department. Results: Before carrying out the nursing support strategy, the average of nurses job satisfaction in emergency department was(2.80±0.88)scores, and the nurses job satisfaction score was 3.17±0.65 after carrying out the strategy. The difference between the two scores was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion: Nursing team support strategy has a positive effect on nurses' job satisfaction in emergency department. Through constructing reasonable and effective nursing team support strategy and creating a working atmosphere of mutual respect and love among colleagues, it is helpful to improve the job satisfaction of nurses in emergency department.
