摘　　要：协同创新是推进高校科技体制改革的重要抓手,其核心任务是人才、学科、科研三位一体创新能力的提升,而衡量标准必然反映到绩效评价上。本文在分析国内外学者对协同创新绩效评价方面研究的基础上,系统地探究协同创新绩效评价的内涵。以协同创新为研究视角,通过内部和外部资源的协同效应构建了一套科技协同创新的绩效评价指标体系,从而实现对多个科技创新主体协同行动及其效应的科学观测与评价。最后对高校实现科技创新要素的有效整合,提升协同创新的科研绩效提出了建议和对策。Collaborative innovation is an important starting point forpromoting the reform of university science and technology and its core mission is to promote the innovation capacity of talents,discipline and research,but the evaluation standards must be reflectedin the performance evaluation. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the performance evaluation of collaborative innovation,we explore the connotation of collaborative innovation performance evaluation. Based on collaborative innovation as the research perspective,a set of evaluation index system of scientific and technological cooperation innovation is constructed through the synergy effect of internal and external resources. Finally,the effective integration of scientific and technological innovation elements are proposed,and some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the scientific performance of collaborative innovation.
