摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职人才培养中实施实践教学的重要一环,是训练学生专业技能、培养学生职业素养的主要途径。但由于顶岗实习的特点及现状使得顶岗实习管理存在诸多问题。为此,我院开发了专业群顶岗实习管理系统并应用于实践,不仅提高了顶岗实习管理效率,加强了顶岗实习过程实时监控,也为专业群建设发展提供了有效的指导。Post practice is an important part of practical teaching in higher vocational training,and it is the main way to train students＇ professional skills and cultivate their professional quality.However,due to the characteristics and current situation of the internship,there are many problems in the management of the internship.To this end,our professional group of field work management system is developed,and applied in practice,not only improves the efficiency of management of field work,strengthens the field work process real-time monitoring,also provides professional group of construction development with effective guidance.
