榄香烯注射液联合放化疗治疗鼻咽癌对患者血清VEGF及COX-2表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察榄香烯注射液联合放化疗治疗鼻咽癌对患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的影响。方法选择医院被确诊为鼻咽癌的患者80例作为研究对象,用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规放化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上另给予榄香烯注射液,对比2组近期疗效、生存率和治疗前后VEGF及COX-2水平。结果观察组总有效率为85.0%显著高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.2667,P<0.05)。观察组3年生存率为45.0%显著高于对照组的22.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组COX-2阳性率、VEGF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组COX-2阳性率均降低,VEGF水平均升高,但观察组COX-2阳性率、VEGF水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论榄香烯注射液联合放化疗治疗鼻咽癌的疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of elemene injection combined with chemoradiotherapy on serum VEGF and COX-2 in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer. Methods Selected 80 cases patients with nasopharyngeal cancer,which was randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 40 cases. Control was treated by conventional chemoradiotherapy. Observation group was treated by elemene injection on the base of control group. After treatment,compared the recent efficacy,survival rate and the levels of VEGF and COX-2 before and after treatment of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group（ 85. 0%） was higher than that of control group（ 65. 0%）,the difference was statistic significant（ χ^2= 4. 2667,P〈0. 05）. The 3-year survival rate of observation group（ 45. 0%） was higher than that of control group（ 22. 5%）,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. The COX-2 positive rate and VEGF level of 2 groups before treatment was no statistic significant（ P〉0. 05）. The COX-2 positive rate of 2 groups was decreased,the VEGF level was incread,the postive rate of COX-2 and the level of VEGF in observation group were lower that those in control group,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Elemene injection combined with chemoradiotherapy in treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer has an good effect,worthy of clinical application.
