摘 要:目的在儿科学临床见习中引入学生授课翻转模式,评价学生满意度和优缺点。方法使用自制调查问卷,调查中山大学五年制临床医学专业见习学生。结果绝大多数学生认为新学习模式能够激励主动学习.所有学生对新学习模式教学效果表示满意并认为值得推广;该模式除了能够激励学习以外,还有促进团队合作和培养表达能力的优点,同时也存在耗费时间的缺点。结论在合理设计和教师的积极鼓励引导下.学生授课翻转模式在儿科学临床见习中具有激励学生主动学习的作用.可以结合其他方法在教学中应用。Objective To use flipped patterns of students' teaching in pediatric clinical probation, and evaluating the satisfaction, advantages and disadvantages. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the probationary students of clinical medicine in Sun Yat-sen University. Results Most of the students agree with the new model can stimulate active learning. All of the students are satisfied with the new model and think that it is worthy of promotion. The model can stimulate the learning, and improve teamwork skills and presentation skills, but also has the disadvantages of time consuming. Conclusions Under the reasonable design and the teacher's active encouragement and guidance, the students' teaching turnover model has the function of stimulating the students' initiative learning in the clinical pediatric clinical probation, and can be applied in teaching with other patterns.
