摘　　要：目的研究一种季铵盐与酚类复方消毒剂的消毒相关性能,为其实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法,对该季铵盐与酚类复方消毒剂的消毒相关性能进行观察。结果用浓度为季铵盐133 mg/L与酚类184 mg/L的该复方消毒液作用10 min对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5.0;对悬液内白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.0。以使用浓度的该复方消毒液浸泡72 h,对不锈钢、碳钢、铝和铜有轻度腐蚀。将该复方消毒液原液密封包装储存于37℃3个月,其有效成分含量下降率<10%。结论该复方消毒剂具有良好的杀菌活性且性能稳定、腐蚀性低。Objective To study the disinfection related performance of a compound quaternary ammonium cation and phenolic disinfectant and to provide scientific basis for practical application. Methods Suspension quantitative bactericidal test and the physical chemical analysis were used to observe the related efficacy of the compound quaternary ammonium salt and phenolic disinfectant. Results The average killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the disinfectant containing 133 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt and 184 mg/L phenolic compound for 10 minutes were above 5. 0,which of Candida album was above 4. 0. Tests showed it had slight corrosion to stainless steel,carbon steel,aluminum and copper after 72-hours immersion with the applied concentration of the disinfectant. The decreasing rate of the effective component content was less than 10% after sealed and stored at 37℃ for three months. Conclusion The compound disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy and stable properties with low metal corrosiveness.
