摘　　要：十八届三中全会将"推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化"作为国家各领域全面深化改革的目标,为了应对国民对体育发展多元化的需求,使我国实现由体育大国向体育强国的跨越,推进体育事业改革,加快实现体育治理现代化建设至关重要。而民族地区高校的体育智库建设作为实现国家体育治理现代化的主要途径和重要内容,可以为我国体育事业的发展厘清思路、找准方向、优化决策,促进我国体育事业的转型和发展。文章在了解我国民族地区高校体育智库发展的优势和存在问题的基础上,探索我国民族地区高校体育智库发展的方向和有效路径。The third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee will ＂promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capability＂ as the goal of comprehensively deepening reform in all areas of the country, in response to the national demand for diversified sports development, make our country realizing leap by sports country to sports power, promote the reform of sports, sports management to realize modernization is of crucial importance. And the construction of college sports, a think-tank in national regions as the main way of modernization of national sports management and the important content, can clear up the thoughts for the development of our country sports enterprise, find direction, optimization decision-making, promote the transformation and development of sports enterprise in our country. On the basis of understanding the advantages and existing problems of the development of sports think tanks in colleges and universities in our country, this paper explores the direction and effective path of the development of sports think tanks in colleges and universities in China.
