摘 要:为了解决夹钳吊车大车车轮严重啃轨问题,通过原因进行分析,确定了轨道缺陷及车轮缺陷是造成啃轨的主要原因。通过调整轨道高低差、平行度、减小车轮直径差、调整车轮垂直度及平行度等方法减轻了车轮啃轨的剧烈程度,延长了车轮的使用寿命。The wheel of the dogging crane gnaw the rail severely. In order to solve this problem, make an analysis on the cause. It showed that the rail and wheel defection are the main reason of rail gnawing. Some methods are adopted to reduce the rail gnawing on a certain degree, such as adjusting rail height difference and parallelism, reduce wheel diameter difference, regulating wheel perpendicularity and parallelism, etc. As a result, the service lifetime of the wheel is prolonged.
