摘　　要：在地方高校培养"双创"教育人才的过程中,需要一批高水平、高素质的教师,促进"双创"教育的发展。当前地方高校"双创"教育师资队伍具有师资数量不足、专业课教师"理念"缺乏、教师培训机制不健全的问题。因为我们需要通过扩充教师数量,建构教学共同体,树立科学的"双创"教育理念等手段为地方高校"双创"教育的开展提供保障。In the process of cultivating ＂double creation＂ education talents in local universities, we need a group of teachers with high quality and high quality to promote the development of ＂double creation＂ education. At present, the ＂double creation＂ teaching staff in local colleges and universities lack the number of teachers, the lack of professional teachers＇ concept and the imperfect training mechanism of teachers. Because we need to expand the number of teachers,build a teaching community, set up a scientific ＂double creation＂ education concept and other means to provide guarantee for the development of ＂double wound＂ education in local colleges and universities.
