摘 要:硫化机工作时上横梁是承受锁模力的关键部位,其强度和刚度不仅影响硫化机的寿命,而且影响锁模精度。采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对多联硫化机上横梁不同构型进行比较分析,在满足刚度和强度要求的基础上,经过结构改进和优化,上横梁总质量降低了22.8%,并降低了成本。The upper beam was the key part to support the clamping force when the curing press was working,and its strength and rigidity not only affect the service life of curing press,but also affect the precision of mold-locking. The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to comparatively analyze different structure type of upper beam for multiple curing press. After and the structure optimization,in the condition of meeting the requirements of material strength and stiffness,the total mass of the upper beam decreased by 22. 8 percent and the cost was reduced.
