摘 要:既有研究文献未对智慧市场进行有效界定,更未对智慧市场如何影响企业间合伙机制创新给予揭示。以我国七个城市的创新型中小企业为样本,运用数理分析智慧市场、分时权变与合伙机制创新并构建了理论模型。由实证研究可知,分时权变的各要素在智慧市场和合伙机制创新之间产生部分中介效应。以上结论揭示了合伙机制创新的机理,即智慧市场、分时权变的部分维度刺激了创新型中小企业的合伙发展,激发了企业间合伙机制创新。The existing research literature does not effectively define the smart market, it has not revealed how smart markets affect partnership mechanism innovation between enterprises. Taking Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) in seven cities in China as samples, mathematical analysis was used to smart market, time-sharing right turn and partnership mechanism innovation, and theoretical model was constructed. It is known from the empirical study, every factor in time-sharing right turn have partly mediating effect between smart market and partnership mechanism innovation. The above conclusion reveals the principles of partnership mechanism innovation, that is smart market, time-sharing right turn partly stimulate the partnership development of innovative SMEs, inspired the partnership mechanism innovation between enterprises.
