摘　　要：目的评价Er:YAG激光辅助治疗下颌磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变的临床效果。方法 26例下颌磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变患者,均采用Er:YAG激光辅助龈上下洁刮治及根面平整术治疗。比较术前及术后3个月牙龈炎症评分、牙周探诊检查结果变化情况。结果 26例患者,共42个磨牙位点,术后3个月患牙菌斑指数(PI)为(1.35±0.58)、龈沟出血指数(BOP)为(1.79±0.42),显著低于术前的(2.31±0.58)、(2.57±0.63),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月患牙附着水平(CAL)为(5.9±1.2)mm,低于术前的(6.2±1.5)mm,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月患牙水平探诊深度(HPD)为(4.12±1.21)mm,显著低于术前的(5.32±1.68)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Er:YAG激光辅助治疗下颌磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变具有一定的可预期性临床结果 ,但仍需进一步研究。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Er：YAG laser assisted treatment of second degree furcation lesions of mandibular molars. Methods A total of 26 mandibular molars patients with second degree furcation lesions were treated with Er：YAG laser assisted upper and lower gingival scaling and root surface leveling. The changes of gingivitis score and periodontal exploration results were compared before and 3 months after operation. Results A total of 42 molar sites were found in 26 patients. The plaque index（PI） at 3 months after operation was（1.35±0.58） and gingival crevicular bleeding index（BOP） was（1.79±0.42）, which were significantly lower than（2.31±0.58） and（2.57±0.63） before operation, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The attachment level（CAL） at 3 months after operation was（5.9±1.2） mm, which was lower than（6.2±1.5） mm before operation, but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The depth of dental diagnosis（HPD） was（4.12±1.21） mm at 3 months after operation, which was significantly lower than（5.32±1.68） mm before operation, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Er：YAG laser assisted treatment of second degree furcation lesions of mandibular molars has some predictable clinical outcomes, but further studies are needed.
