摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略必须坚持农民主体地位。本文分析新型职业农民从目标引领、人才支撑、产业新旺、城乡融合、粮食安全等五个方面对乡村振兴战略发挥重要的基础作用,由此,为了顺利实施乡村战略,提出完善培育新型职业农民的政策措施。To implement the strategy of rural rejuvenation, we must insist on the peasants＇ dominant position. This paper analyzes that the new professional farmers play an important basic role in the rural rejuvenation strategy from the five aspects of goal orientation, talent support, new industry prosperity, integration of urban and rural areas, and food security. Thus, in order to successfully implement the rural strategy, it proposes measures to improve and cultivate new professional farmers.
