摘　　要：根据佛山地区产业特色分布情况,调研了工业园区内与电气自动化技术专业所对接51家企业的规模、岗位设置、岗位能力要求、近年的人才招聘情况,分析出电气自动化技术专业人才的需求量与专业能力培养方向。为彰显高职院校产教融合的地方特色,结合地方产业特点进行专业设置、制定人才培养方案等提供参考。According to the industrial distribution of Foshan, enterprise scales, post settings, job skills, and recruitment situation in recent years of 51 industrial park enterprises are investigated, the number of talent demand and training direction of electrical automation technology specialty are analyzed. To highlight the local characteristics of the integration of production and education of higher vocational colleges, it provides a reference for the specialty setting and the formulation of the talent training program.
