摘 要:在狮头扎作行业的历史发展过程中,生产经营的组织方式发生了很大的改变。本研究以社会学与经济学的交叉为切入点,借鉴社会网络理论,以佛山狮头扎作工艺为案例,解析民间工艺生产与传承的组织形式及动态演变过程。社会网络的微观视角对理解影响狮头扎作行业发展的组织形式变迁提供了重要分析理论,研究发现,佛山狮头扎作工艺的生产组织形式经历了从家庭手工业到合作社,再到工厂手工业,然后向技艺传人工作室发展的多重嬗变,家庭生产组织的内部结构、同行间的生产协作网络、市场网络联系对生产组织的雇佣、成本、决策以及技艺延续等多方面产生影响,并进一步影响其对市场的反馈能力以及技艺创新和沿承的能力。In the historical development process of lion head making industry, the organization of production and management has undergone great changes. This study takes the intersection of sociology and economics as the starting point, draws on the social network theory, and uses the lion head making technique in Foshan as a case to analyze the organizational form and dynamic evolution process of folk craft production and inheritance. The micro-perspective of the social network provides an important analytical theory for understanding the organizational changes that affect the development of the industry. The study found that the production organization of Foshan's lion head-making process has gone from family handicrafts to co-operatives to factory handicrafts and then to studios of skilled artists. The internal structure of the family production organization, the production collaboration network among peers, and the network connection of the market influence the employment, cost, decision-making, and continuation of skills of the production organization, and further influence its ability to feedback to the market and its ability to innovate and inherit.
