摘 要:经济社会发展迫切需要高校培养大量高素质创新人才。提高人才培养质量,已成为当前高等教育所面临的迫在眉睫问题。本文以青岛科技大学为例,探讨了名校建设工程背景下,制药工程专业人才培养模式改革思路与实践。结合专业现状,创新人才培养模式,推进教学改革,形成了以"生物与制药"相结合为特色,以市场需求为导向,以培养创新应用型复合人才为目标的全新的人才培养模式。The economic and social development is urgent for universities to cultivate a large number of high-qualityinnovative talents. Improving the quality of personnel training has become an immediate problem in higher education.Taking Qingdao University of Science & Technology as an example, the reform and practice of talent training mode ofPharmaceutical Engineering under the background of construction of famous university were discussed. Based on thecurrent professional status, the mode of talent training was innovated, and the teaching reform was promoted. A new talentcultivation mode was formed, with a “biological and pharmaceutical冶 combination features, market demand-oriented, andthe aim of cultivating innovative applied talents.
