摘　　要：随着"一带一路"倡议的推进,新疆社会经济迎来前所未有的发展机遇,社会对民汉双翻人才的需求也在不断增加。文章通过问卷和访谈调查了解到目前新疆民汉双语翻译人才的培养现状和需求情况。在对调研结果进行统计分析的基础上,可以看出目前的学生专业水平和就业情况与社会实际需求存在一定差距,对此,笔者提出各高校应进行人才培养模式改革,并发挥自身优势对双翻人才进行有侧重点、分阶段培养,同时各高校应加强学生就业指导以及完善双翻人才考核机制等应对措施。With the implementation of the ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂, Xinjiang has welcomed unprecedented development opportunity. The demand for translators has increased steadily.This paper finds out the current situation and needs of the training of Chinese and Uygur bilingual translators in Xinjiang by questionnaire and survey. Based on the statistical analysis of the research results, the author found that there is a gap between the students＇ current professional skills and employment situation and the actual needs of the society. So the author puts forward that colleges and universities should carry out training mode reform, bring their own advantages into full play by using focusing on personnel training with different emphasis and stages, and also strengthen employment guidance of the students and complete the assessment mechanism of bilingual translators.
