摘　　要：通过制定系列制度、标准与规范,采用多渠道、多形式收集、分析、反馈教学质量信息,构建"一套体系、双方参与、三级管理、四重反馈、五方联动"(简称"12345")的教学质量监控体系,持续改进教学质量,提高人才培养质量,实现高等教育内涵式发展。By formulating a series of system,criteria and codes,we collected,analyzed and fed back teaching quality information by using multiple sources and ways,so that we constructed a teaching quality monitoring system ＂one system,two-side participation,three-grade management,fourfold feedback,five-side coordination＂（abbreviated as ＂12345＂）.Teaching quality was incessantly improved,the quality of personnel training was improved and higher education achieved connotative development.
