摘　　要：目前,我国零售企业存在不少的问题,导致这些问题出现的原因是由于我国零售企业存在观念落后,效率低下,设施设备不完善及制度落后等问题,对这些问题进行综合的分析及总结后提出相应的改善措施,通过了解顾客的需求、加强与供应商进行合作、加强供应链的管理,可有效提高我国零售企业的建设。At present,there are many problems in the retail enterprises in our country. The cause of these problems is due to the problems of backward concept,low efficiency,imperfect construction facilities and backward system in China＇s retail,and then the comprehensive analysis and summary of these problems are made and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to understand the needs of the customers. Seeking and strengthening cooperation with suppliers,strengthening the management of supply chain can effectively improve the construction of retail enterprises in China.
