氟哌啶醇与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效和安全性比较

摘　　要：目的:比较氟哌啶醇与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效和安全性。方法:选取100例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予氟哌啶醇治疗,对照组给予奥氮平治疗。于治疗第2、4、6周末,使用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估两组临床症状、不良反应发生情况和疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第2、4、6周末,观察组PANSS量表评分均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为20.00%,高于对照组的10.00%,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟哌啶醇与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效和安全性相当,改善阳性与阴性症状量表评分氟哌啶醇优于奥氮平。bjective： To compare efficacy and safety of Haloperidol and Olanzapine in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods： 100 patients with schizophrenia were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Haloperidol, while the control group was treated with Olanzapine. 2, 4 and 6 weeks after the treatment, the positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） was used to evaluate the clinical symptoms, adverse reactions, and efficacy of the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than that of the control group （ 80.00% ）, and the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉0.05）. 2, 4 and 6 weeks after the treatment, the score of PANSS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 20.00%, which was lower than that in the control group （ 10.00% ）, and the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusions： The efficacy and safety of Haloperidol in the treatment of THE patients with schizophrenia is comparable to those of Olanzapine, and the improvement of PANSS is better than that of Olanzapine.
