摘 要:国家经济转型发展是地方本科高校实现转型的关键所在。学术文化与商业文化是两种不同性质的文化,非营利性大学以学术文化为主导,营利性大学则以商业文化为主导。要在非营利性大学和营利性大学之间探寻地方本科高校转型的办学定位,就必须面对学术文化和商业文化之间的"文化钢丝绳"。地方本科高校要突破转型之中的文化困顿,就必须在学术文化和商业文化之间寻求双重文化平衡,即在以就业为导向的现代职业教育文化体系的总原则指导下,建立培养与就业之间交流互动的文化机制,形成高校与企业之间相容共生的文化模式,营造教师与学生之间学做结合的文化认同,最终实现学术文化与商业文化之间的双重文化平衡。The country's economic restructuring and development is the key to local undergraduate colleges' transformation. Academic culture and business culture are two kinds of culture with different properties. The non-profit university is mainly oriented academic culture,but the for-profit university is mainly oriented business culture. In order to explore the educational orientation of local colleges' transition between nonprofit and for-profit universities university,we must face the "culture of rope"between academic culture and business culture. In order to break into the cultural transformation of hardship,local colleges must seek a dual cultural balance between the academic culture and business culture. Under the guide of the employment-oriented on modern vocational education cultural system,local colleges must establish the training interaction between employment and cultural mechanism,the compatible and symbiosis cultural pattern between universities and enterprises,create the cultural identity between teachers and students through combining learning and working,and ultimately achieve the dual cultural balance between academic culture and business culture.
