摘 要:文章选取北京地区部分科研院所及大学中297名研究人员作为样本,运用SPSS及结构方程模型探讨了离岗创业科技人员组织支持感对创业激情的影响,以及心理资本在其中是否发挥中介效应。研究结果表明:组织支持感三个维度,工作支持、利益支持及情感支持均对创业激情对显著正向影响,其中,相比工作支持和利益支持,情感支持的影响较弱;心理资本在工作支持与利益支持对创业激情的影响中发挥部分中介作用,但在情感支持对创业激情的影响中并不发挥中介作用。297 researchers from research institutes and universities in Beijing were selected as samples to explore the impact of perceived organizational supports on entrepreneurs, who have left or will leave their workplaces due to their entrepreneurial passion. In addition to that, the author also analyzed whether psychological capital plays a mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and entrepreneurial passion by using SPSS software and structural equation model. There are two results. First, the three dimensions of perceived organizational support, including job support, benefit support and emotional support, have significant positive impacts on entrepreneurial passion. Among them, the impact of emotional support is weaker than ones of job support and benefit support. Second, psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the influences of job support and benefit support on entrepreneurial passion, but it does not play mediating role in the impact of emotional support on entrepreneurial passion.
