摘　　要：以问卷调查及实地走访为基础,结合笔者多年一线教学经验,对课程设置、技能培养、职业定位等方面进行数理分析,提出递进式群体培养与个性化单独培养相结合的物业管理专业人才培养思路,以提高学生的就业核心力,让毕业生和用人企业实现更好的对接。On the basis of questionnaire survey and field visit,using quantitative mathematical statistics analysis and the author＇ s years of teaching experience to make mathematical analysis about some aspects which refer to the curriculum setting,skills training and career orientation,This paper puts forward the thought of property management talents cultivation in the combination of progressive group training and individualized individual training. The purpose is to improve the students＇ core competitiveness to make better docking between graduates and employers.
