摘　　要：提升高校干部教育培训的实效性,建设一支德才兼备高素质、专业化的治校办学骨干队伍,是推进高校教育事业改革与和谐发展的基础工作。应从建立健全制度体系、改进培训模式、构建开放式培训理念、健全完善各项机制等方面来提升高校干部教育培训的实效性。To improve the effectiveness of the education and training of cadres in Colleges and universities and to build a backbone of running schools with high quality and professionalism is the basic work to promote the reform and harmonious development of higher education. We should improve the effectiveness of the education and training of cadres in Colleges and universities from the aspects of establishing and improving the system, improving the training mode, constructing the open training concept and perfecting various mechanisms.
