浅谈自媒体时代大学生心理健康教育的个性化模式开展

摘　　要：心理健康教育是大学生教育工作中重要的一部分。文章展示了自媒体时代大学生应用自媒体的现状,分析了自媒体时代大学生常见的心理健康问题,并提出开展个性化心理健康教育的诸多模式。Mental health education is an important part of education work for college students. This paper shows the application since the media age college students from the present situation of the media, analyzes the common since the media age college students mental health problems, and puts forward to carry out the personalization of mental health education model.
