摘　　要：新时代的历史方位新定位,对党的建设提出更高的创新要求。习近平关于"依靠文化自信坚定理想信念"的重要论断,是对思想建党理论的坚持和创新,为新时代历史方位下实现理想信念的虔诚而执着、至信而深厚,开辟出新的认知和实践路径。文化自信为理想信念提供深厚底蕴与滋养土壤。缺失文化自信支撑的理想信念,要么沦为乌托邦式的政治浪漫主义,要么异化为时信时不信的政治投机主义。可从确立科学的文化自信观,矫正"敌视""俯视""仰视"三种不正确态度;强化文化自信力建设,消解文化民粹主义和价值虚无主义风险;提升党员干部的人文素养和精神境界,防范"剧场效应"和"两面人"现象;着力增强党内政治文化自信,抵制庸俗腐朽政治文化的袭扰等方面探寻实践进路。The new historical orientation of the new era puts forward higher innovation requirements for the construction of the party.Xi Jinping＇s important statement on ＂relying on cultural self-confidence to firmly believe in ideals and beliefs＂is to adhere to and to innovate the theory of ideological party building.It is dedicated to the realization of ideals and beliefs under the historical position of the new era,and it is profound and has opened up new cognitive and practical paths.Cultural self-confidence provides a deep foundation and nourishes the soil for ideal beliefs.The ideal beliefs without cultural self-confidence will either become utopian political romanticism or will be alienated into political opportunism that is not believed at the time.From the establishment of a scientific concept of cultural self-belief,we can get rid of the three incorrect attitudes of＂hostility＂,＂overlooking＂and＂looking up＂.We should strengthen the construction of cultural self-trust and eliminate the risks of cultural populism and value nihilism.We should improve the humanistic quality and spiritual realm of party members and cadres and prevent＂drama effect＂and ＂two-faced＂phenomenon.We should strengthen our political and cultural self-confidence and resist the harassment of vulgar and decadent political culture.
