摘  要:以城市轨道交通槽型梁为研究对象,采用精细化有限元方法,研究其吊装过程中平衡受力及不平衡受力的力学特性及安全性。结果表明:平衡吊装时,吊点处主应力略大于混凝土抗拉强度,应在吊点区域采取加强保护措施;当吊点存在高差时,槽型梁不平衡吊点附近区域混凝土应力明显增大,混凝土被拉裂。建议施工过程中严格控制槽型梁吊点高程,避免不平衡吊装,并确保吊装过程的安全性。研究结论可为城市轨道交通槽型梁施工提供技术参考。Take urban rail transit groove beam as the research object,the balanced and unbalanced mechanical properties,the safety of groove beam are studied by using fine finite element methods in the process of hoisting construction. The results show that the first principal stress of the hoisting section is only slightly larger than the tensile strength of concrete in balance hoisting,so the protection measures in lifting point area should be strengthened; when there is a height difference between lifting points,the stress of the groove beam will increase obviously in the unbalance lifting point area,resulting in concrete cracks. It is suggested that the elevation of the groove rail beam should be strictly controlled to avoid unbalanced hoisting and the safety of the hoisting process in construction be ensured. This research can provide a technical reference for the construction process of the groove rail beam.
