摘 要:目的探讨应用六顶思考帽思维模式改良护士排班的效果。方法以病区12名护士为研究对象,采用六顶思考帽思维模式改良病区原有的APN排班,每个月固定2名责任组长上白班加强连续护理,连班改为高低年资组合搭配,根据每人实际上班时长补休。结果改良排班后,护士满意度显著提高,患者对护理工作满意度显著提高,中午患者呼唤铃等待时间显著缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用六顶思考帽思维模式改良护士排班有利于激发护士的主人翁意识,调动护士的工作积极性,提高护士工作满意度及患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of six thinking hats thinking model on improvement of nurse scheduling.Methods Totally 12 nurses in the ward were selected as participants.Six thinking hats thinking model was utilized to improve the original APN scheduling in the ward.The leader of the responsibility team was fixed on day shift to strengthen continuous care each month,and the senior nurses and junior nurses were together responsible for the shift of working continuously,and the nurses′rest time was supplemented based on their actual working hours.Results After improved scheduling,nurses′satisfaction increased significantly,patients′satisfaction toward nursing work enhanced significantly,and the waiting time of patients′ring at noon was significantly shortened(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Application of the six thinking hats thinking model in improving nurse scheduling is conducive to arousing the nurses′sense of ownership,mobilizing the enthusiasm of the nurses,and improving the satisfaction of nurses and patients.
