血府逐瘀丸联合利培酮治疗周期性精神病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗周期性精神病的临床效果。方法:60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组用复方炔诺酮及利培酮治疗,观察组用血府逐瘀丸联合利培酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效、BPRS评分变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗4周观察组临床症状改善情况好于对照组(P<0.05),治疗8周两组BPRS评分与治疗前比较均显著改善(P<0.05),两组治疗后愈显率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀丸联合利培酮治疗周期性精神病效果较好,不良反应少且轻。Objective： To observe clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Pills combined with low-dose antipsychotic drugs in treatment of periodic psychosis. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control patients were treated with Composite Norethisterone Tablets combined with risperidone and the observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu pills combined with risperidone. The clinical therapeutic effect, the changes of BPRS scores and adverse reactions occurrence of the two groups of patients was observed and compared. Result： After 4 weeks of treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms observed in observation patients was significantly better than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . 8 weeks after treatment, the improvement of BPRS score of two groups were superior to that before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . There was significant difference in cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . The adverse reaction in patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group patients （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Xuefu Zhuyu Pills combined with risperidone has significant clinical effect on periodic psychosis, with fewer adverse reactions.
