摘　　要：目的探讨survivin在脑膜瘤的表达特点及其与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测121例脑膜瘤患者手术切除的脑膜瘤标本的survivin表达水平;并收集患者的临床资料,分析survivin浓度分布评分(IDS)与临床指标的关系。结果 WHOⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级脑膜瘤患者的survivin IDS分别是3.05±3.21、7.86±2.19和10.00±1.87,Ⅱ、Ⅲ级脑膜瘤患者的survivin IDS明显高于Ⅰ级脑膜瘤(均P<0.001)。无复发和复发、未死亡和死亡患者的survivin IDS分别是2.84±2.84和6.27±3.94、3.23±2.92和6.68±4.53;与无复发或未死亡患者相比,复发和死亡患者的survivin IDS明显增高(均P<0.001)。与survivin IDS 0~4组相比,IDS 6~12组患者的复发和死亡风险分别增高12倍和3倍,且无复发生存期和生存期均明显缩短(P<0.005-0.001)。结论 Survivin在脑膜瘤的发生、发展中发挥了重要作用,可作为预测脑膜瘤不良预后的有效指标。Objective To investigate the expression characteristic and prognostic value of survivin in meningioma.Methods The expression characteristic of survivin was analyzed in 121 meningiomas by immunohistochemistry.Then,the clinical parameters of patients were collected and the relationship between survivin intensity distribution score（IDS） and the clinical parameters were analyzed.Results Survivin IDS in Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ grade meningiomas were 3.05 ± 3.21,7.86 ± 2.19 and10.00 ± 1.87 respectively.Compared to survivin IDS in Ⅰ grade meningioma,survivin IDS in Ⅱ,Ⅲgrade cases significantly increased（all P 〈 0.001）.In recurrent free,recurrent,alive and dead cases,survivin IDS were 2.84 ± 2.84,6.27 ± 3.94,3.23 ± 2.92 and 6.68 ± 4.53 respectively.Compared with survivin IDS in recurrence free or alive cases,survivin IDS in recurrent or dead cases was significantly increased（all P 〈 0.001）.The risk of recurrence or mortality in survivin IDS 6-12 group was higher than those in IDS 0-4 group,and the risk was up to 12 or 3 folds respectively.In addition,the recurrence-free survival in IDS 6-12 group was significantly shorter than those in IDS 0-4 group（P 〈0.005-0.001）.Conclusion Survivin plays an important role in the development of meningiomas.It can be used as one of indicators in the prognosis of meningioma.
