数字化三维重建技术在肝脏外科中的应用

摘　　要：随着计算机技术和影像技术的发展,数字化三维重建技术已广泛应用于肝脏疾病的诊疗过程中,特别是应用于肝脏手术.术前基于多层螺旋 CT 基础上行肝脏三维重建,虚拟手术切除,指导肝脏手术,对术中精准肝切除及术后个体化治疗具有重要的临床应用价值.因而,数字化三维重建技术对肝脏手术的术前评估和手术规划具有广阔的应用前景.With the development of computer technology and imaging technology, the digital 3D reconstruction technologyhas been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases, especially in liver surgery.Preoperative multi-slice spiral CTbased 3D reconstruction of the liver, virtual surgery resection and guidance of liver surgery have important clinical application valuefor accurate intraoperative liver resection and postoperative individualized treatment. Therefore, the digital 3D reconstruction technology has broad application prospects for the preoperative evaluation and surgical planning liver surgery.
