摘  要:目的:比较Hyflex X-File、手动镍钛锉、Triple-Flex File、C锉和手动不锈钢K锉在树脂模拟根管制备通畅通道的成形能力。方法:40个模拟根管,随机分为5组(n=8),分别制备通畅通道,记录制备时间;使用Photoshop和ImageJ测量制备前后根管的重叠图像,从根尖止点开始,每隔1 mm测量内外侧壁树脂去除量,计算中心定位能力。结果:Triple-Flex File和手动不锈钢K锉制备时间最短(P<0.05)。在弯曲内侧壁,Hyflex X-File、Triple-Flex File和不锈钢K锉切削量大(P<0.05)。Hyflex X-File在根尖段的中心定位能力最优,Triple-Flex File与Hyflex X-File在直线段偏移较少。结论:镍钛材质的Hyflex X-File和高弹性不锈钢材质的Triple-Flex File制备时间短,中心定位能力好,且可实现全工作长度预敞。Objective: To compare the shaping ability of Hyflex X-File, hand nickel-titanium file, Triple-Flex File, C file and stainless steel K-file in simulated root canals. Methods: A total of 40 resin blocks were divided randomly into five groups(n=8), each prepared with each instrument. Preparation time was recorded. Photoshop and Image J were used to measure the overlapping images of root canals before and after preparation. The resin removal of the inner and outer walls was measured every 1 mm from the root tip to the end, and the ability to locate the center was calculated. The data were analyzed using the One-Way ANOVA at a significance level of P〈0.05. Results: Preparation time for Triple-Flex File and stainless steel K file were the shortest(P〈0.05). For resin removal from the inner wall at the curvature portion, Hyflex X-File, Triple-Flex File and stainless steel K file were significantly more than the others(P〈0.05). For the centering ability,Hyflex X-File was the best at the apical portion, so did Triple-Flex File and Hyflex X-File at the straight portion. Conclusions:Nickel-titanic Hyflex X-File and flexible stainless steel Triple-Flex File shared the superior performance of short preparation time, fair centering ability and pre-flaring along the canals.
