摘 要:目的:系统评价树脂类根管封闭剂与氧化锌类根管封闭剂的根尖封闭性能。方法:按照系统评价的原理和规范,检索PubMed、CNKI数据库,查找研究树脂类根管封闭剂与氧化锌类根管封闭剂根尖封闭性能的文献。严格按照纳入和排除标准筛选,提取资料,Cochrane系质量评价后,用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果:最终纳入文献15篇(622例),分析结果显示:树脂类根管封闭剂染料渗入长度小于氧化锌类根管封闭剂[WMD=-0.38,95%CI(-0.41,-0.35),P<0.00001]。结论:树脂类根管封闭剂的根尖封闭性能优于氧化锌类根管封闭剂。Objective: To investigate the apical sealability between Resin sealer and Zinc-oxid sealer with a systematic review.Methods: According to the principle and criterion of systematic evaluation, we searched the CNKI database of PubMedus and searched the literatures on the apical sealing properties of resin sealer and zinc-oxid sealer. The articles were selected by the selection criteria and qualified by Cochrane system. Meta-analysis were performed by using the RevMan 5.3 software.Result: 15 studies with 622 cases were included and analysed.The dye of Zinc-oxid sealer infiltrated more deeply than Resin sealer. The pooled WMD was-0.38(95% CI-0.41--0.35, P〈0.00001). Conclusion: The apical sealability of Resin sealer was better than Zinc-oxid sealer.
