教育直播的用户体验分析

摘　　要：2016年网络直播进行了一次爆发式的生长,网络直播井喷式的发展热浪也深深地影响了在线教育模式,直播和在线教育的两相结合完善了在线教育模式,又充分弥补了以往在线教育课堂不具有的真实性、互动性。方便便捷、互动性强的教育直播逐渐进入大众视线,并且慢慢被人接受。基于一份《关于大学生观看直播情况的调研问卷》中的数据,分析尝试教育直播后的用户体验,提出当下大火的教育直播相较于实体教育的优点以及如今教育类直播面临的挑战、存在的问题和优化体验建议。Live broadcast had experienced an explosive growth in 2016,and the development heat wave had also deeply affected online education mode.The combination of live broadcast and online education improved online education mode,and made up for the authenticity and interactivity which traditional online education classes did not have.The convenient and interactive education live broadcast gradually entered the public＇s attention and was gradually accepted by people.This report is based on the data from a survey questionnaire on college students＇ watching live broadcast,and analyzes the user experience（UE）after watching education live broadcast.This paper puts forward the advantages of education live broadcasting,as well as the challenges and existing problems,and suggestions for optimizing the experience.
