直肠癌相关贫血患者骨髓穿刺涂片诊断及与病理分期的关系分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析直肠癌相关贫血患者骨髓穿刺涂片诊断及与病理分期的关系。方法直肠癌患者215例,均接受骨髓穿刺涂片检查,采集血红蛋白(Hb)水平,通过Dukes分期法判断患者肿瘤分期,探讨直肠癌相关贫血患者病理分期情况。结果在215例直肠癌患者中,贫血发生率为53.95%(116/215);男性和女性直肠癌患者贫血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Dukes分期A、B、C、D直肠癌患者贫血发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Dukes分期A、B、C、D患者贫血类型比较,具有显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论骨髓穿刺涂片有利于诊断直肠癌相关贫血,直肠癌相关贫血发生率较高,贫血发生与病理分期有关,为疾病治疗方法的制定提供参考依据。Objective To study the diagnosis of rectal cancer-related anemia in patients with bone marrow aspiration smear and its relationship with pathological stage. Methods 215 patients with rectal cancer were examined by bone marrow aspiration smear and hemoglobin（ Hb） levels were collected. The tumor staging was judged by Dukes staging method,to explore the anemia associated with rectal cancer pathological staging of patients. Results Of the 215 patients with rectal cancer,the incidence of anemia was 53. 95%（ 116/215）. There was There had no significant difference in the incidence of anemia among male and female patients with rectal cancer（ P 〉 0. 05）; There was significant difference in the incidence of anemia between Dukes stage A,B,C and D patients（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was significant difference in the type of anemia between Dukes stage A,B,C and D patients（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Bone marrow biopsy smear is beneficial to the diagnosis of colorectal cancer related anemia,there is high incidence of colorectal cancer related anemia,anemia is associated with pathological staging,to provide a reference basis for the establishment of disease treatment.
