摘　　要：核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白(NLRP)3炎性体是在炎症反应过程中,细胞自身免疫应答激活后由NLRP3、凋亡相关颗粒样蛋白、胱天蛋白酶1(caspase-1)组成的复合体。NLRP3复合体激活后会产生有活性的caspase-1,裂解并释放成熟的白细胞介素(IL)1β和IL-18,介导组织的炎症反应。NLRP3炎性体受到细胞内多种信号传导通路的调节,在肝脏炎症、肿瘤、损伤等疾病的发生发展过程中发挥了重要的作用,同时以NLRP3炎性体作为靶点进行研究来治疗肝脏疾病也受到广泛的关注。Nucleotide binding oligomerization domain like receptors 3（NLRP3） inflammasome is a complex composed of NLRP3,apoptosis associated speck-like protein（ASC） and cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase 1（caspase-1） after activation of cellular immune response during inflammatory reaction. After the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome,caspase-1 will be activated,releasing mature interleukin（IL） 1β and IL-18,and mediating the inflammatory reaction of tissues.NLRP3 inflammasome is regulated by multiple signal pathways in the cell and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of liver inflammation,tumor,injury and other liver diseases. Meanwhile,the study of NLRP3 inflammasome as a target to treat liver diseases has also received wide attention.
