摘 要:炎性因子已被认为是一类有效的肿瘤标志物,其与癌症的关系密不可分。大量癌症研究表明炎症参与多种癌症的发生发展过程。而5-脂氧合酶作为炎症级联反应重要的参与者,在多种癌症中均有异常表达。临床上5-脂氧合酶抑制剂虽然还没有用作于抗癌治疗,但许多研究发现5-脂氧合酶抑制剂能通过影响炎症相关性癌症的增殖、凋亡、迁移、侵袭、血管生成及癌基因转录因子等抑制癌症的发生发展,并有望成为广谱的抑癌药物。Inflammatory factors have been considered as effective tumor markers and their relationship with cancer is inseparable. A large number of cancer studies have revealed that inflammation is involved in the development of a variety of cancers. 5-lipoxygenase,as an important player in the inflammatory cascade,has abnormal expression in a variety of cancers. Although 5-lipoxygenase inhibitors have not been used as anticancer therapy in clinical,many studies have found that5-lipoxygenase inhibitors can inhibit the development of cancer by affecting the proliferation,apoptosis,migration,invasion,angiogenesis,and oncogene transcription factors of inflammation-related cancers,and are expected to become broad-spectrum anticancer drugs.
