新时代化工专业创新创业人才培养体系的改革探索

摘　　要：培养一大批具有创新创业能力的化工专业人才是实现新时代国家绿色发展重大战略的必然要求。分析了化工专业创新创业人才培养的现状,阐述了存在的问题,提出了包括课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、教学资源建设及质量保障体系建设等一系列适应时代发展的化工专业创新创业人才培养体系的改革策略,为培养合格的化工专业创新创业人才提供了一条切实可行的途径。Training a large number of talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability is the necessary requirement to realize the major strategy of green development in the new era. This paper analyses the present situation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in chemical engineering, elaborates the existing problems, put forward a series of adapt to the development of professional chemical innovative talents training system reform strategy including curriculum system construction, teachers team construction, teaching resources construction and the construction of quality assurance system. It provides a practical way for cultivating qualified innovate the entrepreneurial talents in chemical majors.
