摘　　要：女贞子(Fructus Ligustri Lucidi)具有滋补肝肾作用。临床和科研结果显示,女贞子在治疗骨质疏松方面有广阔的应用前景。作者通过查阅国内外相关文献,综述了女贞子及其主要活性成分防治骨质疏松症的作用途径及潜在分子机制,为女贞子进一步的实验研究、药物开发和临床应用奠定科学基础。It is well known that Fructus Ligustri Lucidi possesses the efficacy of tonifying liver and kidney. The clinical and scientific results have demonstrated a wide application prospects for Fructus Ligustri Lucidi in treatment of osteoporosis. After searching domestic and international relevant literatures,the authors review the action pathways and the potential molecular mechanisms involved in the effects of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and its main active components on prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. This review provides the scientific basis for the further experimental study, drug discovery and clinical application of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.
