摘　　要：异位胰腺(heterotopic pancreas,HP)是正常胰腺组织在结构和解剖上的先天异常,属临床相对罕见的疾病,可见于整个消化道,以胃和十二指肠多见,一般无临床症状。兰州军区兰州总医院消化内科收治1例残胃伴HP出血患者,希望通过对该疾病诊治过程的分析回顾,以提高临床医师对该疾病的重视。Heterotopic pancreas（ HP） is a rare clinical disease of normal pancreatic tissue in the structure and anatomical congenital anomalies. It can be seen in the entire digestive tract,the stomach and duodenum more common,with no clinical symptoms generally. Now,one case diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding of HP with residual stomach was reported. Based on the analysis and discussion of the case to improve the clinicians＇ attention to the disease.
