摘　　要：瀑布型胃(cascade stomach,CS)是胃的一种特殊生理形态,属临床罕见,常引起非特异性上消化道症状,极少表现为呼吸困难、胸闷、气短等呼吸道症状。现将兰州军区兰州总医院近期收治的1例以胸闷、气短等为首发症状的CS患者报道如下,通过对该病例诊治过程的分析讨论,以期提高临床医师对该疾病的重视,减少临床误诊、漏诊。Cascade stomach（ CS） is a rare clinical disease of the stomach with a special physiological form,often caused non-specific upper gastrointestinal symptoms,rarely manifested as dyspnea,chest tightness,shortness of breath and other respiratory symptoms. One case of CS was reported of chest tightness,shortness of breath and other symptoms as the first symptoms. Based on the analysis and discussion of the case,to improve the clinician attention to the disease and reduce clinical misdiagnosed.
